Greenwood, Inc. is the sole sponsor of this Promotion. The GreenwoodT.I. – Celebrating 20 Years of Trap Muzik Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins at 11:00 a.m. EST on Friday, December 29, 2023, and ends at 2:00 p.m. EST on Friday, December 29, 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, participants must be (i) at least 18 years old; and (ii) a legal resident of the 50 United States, including Washington, DC. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Sponsor and of its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or household members of each such person are not eligible. Limit one entry per person, per household. The Promotion is open to anyone meeting the above eligibility requirements.

ENTRY GUIDELINES: All Entries must follow the minimum guidelines to be eligible:

- Entry cannot be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group or be derogatory to any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group.
- Entry cannot reference or contain materials embodying copyrighted images, names, likenesses or other indicia identifying any brand, products, company or person, living or dead, without permission.
- Entry cannot contain any personal information, including but not limited to full names, phone numbers, email addresses, license plate numbers or street addresses.
- Entry cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate.
- Entry cannot depict illegal activity and cannot itself be in violation of any law.
- Entry may not include images of a known celebrity, famous or well-known person or any image which violates the rights of privacy or publicity of any person.
By submitting an Entry, the entrant understands and grants to the Sponsor an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive worldwide license to use his/her Entry, photo/video, name, hometown and likeness on the Sponsor’s various websites and social media sites and in advertising and/or promotional activities worldwide without compensation, permission or notification. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter, change or modify any Entry, which includes any photo, video or text.
By submitting an Entry, entrant warrants and represents that: (a) Entry does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other legal or moral rights of any person or entity; (b) Entry is entrant’s original work, it has not been previously published, and entrant owns all rights to the Entry, including without limitation, copyrights, and has received prior written permission from a third party if any photo/video was photographed/videotaped by someone other than the entrant him/herself; and (c) entrant will indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, and related entities, agents and assigns from any claims and damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to the breach or alleged breach of your representations and warranties herein, the Entry, or entrant’s conduct in creating the Entry, the acceptance or use of any prize or otherwise in connection with this Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: The Sponsor or its agent will randomly select one (1) grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) from the Promotion entries for each event. The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing using a random number generator from among all eligible Entries received by the Sponsor during the Entry Period for the Promotion. The odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible Entries and participants. The potential winner will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram or Facebook and confirmed via telephone, SMS or email. Winners will be announced by 2:00 p.m. EST, Friday, December 29, 2023.
PUBLICITY: Each winner hereby expressly grants to the Sponsor and its respective designees all rights to use and publish his/her name, likeness (photographic or simulated), voice, and provided residence for all purposes, including without limitation, advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion (“Advertising”), in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without any form of notice or any amount or kind of compensation or permission, except where prohibited by applicable law. All copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights in such Advertising shall be owned by Greenwood, Inc. and/or its licensors, and each winning participant hereby disclaims and waives any claim of right to such Advertising. Such Advertising shall be solely under the control of Greenwood, Inc. and/or its licensors, and each winner hereby waives any claim of control over the Advertising content as well as any possible claims of misuse of such winning recipient’s name, likeness or voice under contract, tort, or any other theory of law. The Promotion Parties do not assume any responsibility for any disruption in the Promotion, including but not limited to the failure or interruption of the website or any internet service provider.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. All decisions as to these Official Rules and interpretations thereof are exclusively within the sole discretion of the Sponsor and may be changed from time to time without notice. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion at any time without notice.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged or garbled registrations or a combination thereof, entries, URLs, or emails; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (c) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries or registrations at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, cable, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion or human error; (e) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Web Site or any combination thereof or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of Entries, social networking posts, or registrations, the announcement of the prizes, or in any other Promotion-related materials; or (f) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion. You further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE PROMOTION ARE GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL BE IN FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT MUST THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC.,IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF “https://www.jamsadr.com/rules-download/“JAMS RULES”). Any such controversy or claim will be arbitrated on an individual basis and will not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT WILL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. Some jurisdictions do not allow for limitations on the ability to pursue class action remedies, or certain kinds of damages, and so these limitations may not apply to you.
TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.
